Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of State and Federal regulations and laws related to Fair Lending and HMDA.
• Monitor compliance and update management on adequacy of policies and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Design and execute Fair Lending Risk assessments to address compliance risks.
• Identify gaps in product/service offerings and recommend lending, service, and investment strategies to support Fair Lending and HMDA reporting.
