Job summary

Alliance Credit Union is seeking a member-focused professional to interview and evaluate applicants for routine consumer loans, gather financial information and credit history, and process new accounts. You will perform teller and member service tasks while guiding members to the right department for services beyond your scope.

Qualifications

• Interview and evaluate loan applicants for routine consumer loans.
• Gather background information, financial information and credit history to determine loan qualification.
• Open new consumer accounts, money markets and certificates; perform account maintenance such as adding/removing joint owners and changing beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on credit union products and services following policies and regulations.
• Assist members by directing them to proper departments for services outside their area of responsibility.
