Job summary

A typical day includes assisting with loan applications, obtaining credit reports, completing UCC searches, preparing reports, and handling customer inquiries. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years loan experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan applications including UCAS, credit reports, and UCC searches.
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, in person, or via email.
• Collect closing information and prepare reports and files.
• Adhere to confidentiality and bank policies.
