Qualifications

• Three or more years of commercial or small business loan related experience and/or training.
• Experience delivering consistent excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with lending documentation requirements, federal and state regulations and bank lending guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial relationship managers with gathering information and loan documentation for credit analysis and underwriting.
• Review corporate documents, insurance, and other documentation for loan types.
• Ensure HMDA reporting is compiled and data submitted as applicable.
• Facilitate timely submission of complete applications to processing.
• Coordinate appraisals, environmental due diligence, and verification of customer files in SilverLake.
• Work with loan processing staff to prepare accurate loan documentation per approval.
• Monitor past due and maturing loan reports and communicate with clients and vendors as needed.
• Process funding for new loan proceeds and fees via online entries, wire transfer, or checks.
