Mechanics Bank is seeking a Lending Advisor Associate to join our Seattle-based team. You will support the Sr.

Lending Advisors, manage loan pipelines, gather documents, and coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely milestones and superior client service. You will learn to deepen client relationships through cross-selling and mastering lending products, building rapport with advisors, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver a positive total

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum Mortgage Lending, Banking required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite applications systems; Encompass (LOS).
• Excellent human relations, communications and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Lending Advisors and sales team with complex transactions and inquiries.
• Monitor and manage loan pipeline to meet milestones and contingencies.
• Facilitate communication between sales, operations and processing teams.
