Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years mortgage lending/banking experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Encompass LOS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sr. Lending Advisor Team with complex transactions.
• Serve as first level support for Sr. Lending Advisor and sales team.
• Monitor loan pipeline, track progress and ensure milestones.
• Assist Sr. Lending Advisors with loan conditions and processing.
• Coordinate communication between sales and operations.
• Travel 0-10%.
