Mechanics Bank is seeking a Lending Advisor Associate to support Sr. Lending Advisors with complex transactions and manage the loan pipeline from application through closing.

You will help deepen client relationships by coordinating with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to meet milestones and contingencies. The role emphasizes customer service, cross-selling lending products, and clear communication with internal partners.

Formación

• High School or GED required.
• 3 years minimum Mortgage Lending, Banking required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Proficient with: MS Office Suite applications systems; Encompass (LOS), and other mortgage lending-related systems.
• Possess excellent human relations, communications and business writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
• Ability to travel 0-10%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the Sr. Lending Advisor Team, by providing assistance with complex transactions and acting as a first-level support function.
• Monitor and manage loan pipeline, track progress and ensure timely milestones and contingencies; collect supporting documents.
• Assist Sr. Lending Advisors by providing input and guidance on workflow uncertainties; facilitate communication between sales and operations teams.
• Support Sr. Lending Advisors and Sales team with customer contact to follow up on conditions, milestones, docs, funding, and closings.
• Coordinate processes and complete other lending-related products and services as directed by Mortgage Leadership; participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Travel 0-10%.
