Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience structuring and executing lender finance and asset-backed facilities to private credit managers.
• Experience with cash flow modeling and financial analyses using Moody’s and S&P standards.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute lender finance and asset-backed facilities from screening through closing.
• Draft and negotiate term sheets and legal documentation.
• Analyze collateral eligibility, borrowing base treatment, and covenant compliance.
• Monitor portfolios and perform post-closing surveillance, monthly asset performance reviews.
