• Structure and execute lender finance and asset-backed facilities from screening through closing.
• Draft and negotiate term sheets and legal documentation including waterfall mechanics and default events.
• Analyze collateral eligibility, borrowing base treatment and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders, external counterparties, and legal counsel; monitor portfolio performance.
