Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years’ experience building and auditing transaction models (DCF, M&A, LBO).
• Regulatory and commercial credit analysis; review of 144a/Reg S cross-border issuances.
• Lead due diligence with legal, tax, and other advisors; develop client materials and board presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of cross-border M&A, capital markets, and structured financing transactions.
• Develop confidential information memoranda, teasers, fairness opinions, valuation analyses, and capital market updates.
• Assess investor appetite, pricing benchmarks, and repayment capacity for financing facilities.
