Job summary

Magnit Direct Sourcing, on behalf of Toyota, is hiring a Customer First Administrator for a 12-month contract in San Ramon, CA. You will support the Regional Customer First team with lemon law case processing, prepare acknowledgment letters, coordinate documents, and enter data into Salesforce and Toyota's Guest Experience Platform.

This 40-hour-per-week role requires four days onsite in San Ramon, CA with the possibility to work remote on Fridays, offering benefits including Medical, Dental,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and time management skills are required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Hybrid work setup with four days onsite in San Ramon, CA and potential remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute lemon law acknowledgment letters.
• Request repair orders and sales documents from Toyota dealerships.
• Enter repair history and case details into Salesforce and Toyota’s Guest Experience Platform.
• Route customer cases to the appropriate regional team members.
• Assemble and organize documents for Toyota HQ and the Legal Department.
• Partner with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists.
