Firm Overview

MOET Law Group is a plaintiff-side consumer protection law firm based in Irvine, California, seeking an experienced Lemon Law Case Manager to join our growing legal team. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for candidates with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Act) or related legal case management experience who thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage California Lemon Law cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral
• Serve as the primary client liaison, providing regular case updates and education
• Review and organize vehicle purchase agreements, warranties, repair orders, and service records
• Track statutory deadlines, mileage thresholds, and repair attempt requirements under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
• Prepare Lemon Law demand packages, notices, and supporting documentation
• Communicate with vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, defense counsel, and third parties
• Coordinate inspections, expert evaluations, mediations, and hearings
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s legal case management system
• Collaborate with attorneys and operations teams to ensure case readiness and valuation accuracy
• Identify case risks, deficiencies, or compliance issues and escalate as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Lemon Law, consumer protection, or legal case management experience
• Working knowledge of California Lemon Law procedures and timelines
• Experience managing a high-volume legal caseload
• Strong organizational, documentation, and deadline-tracking skills
• Professional, client-focused communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Act)
• Prior experience in a plaintiff-side law firm
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Experience using CASEpeer or similar legal case management software
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
