Magnit Direct Sourcing, on behalf of Toyota, is hiring a Customer First Administrator Tech for a 12-month contract in Irvine, CA. The role supports the Regional Customer First team with lemon law case processing, including letters and document requests.

You will enter repair history into Salesforce and coordinate with dealerships, district managers, and Toyota HQ, while maintaining confidentiality and working onsite four days per week with remote Fridays.

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Customer First Administrator Tech for a temporary assignment in Irvine, California.

This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $27.00- $32.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K

What We’re Looking For

The Customer Service Operations team is seeking a motivated individual to support the Regional Customer First team with lemon law case processing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and distribute lemon law acknowledgment letters.
• Request repair orders and sales documents from Toyota dealerships.
• Enter repair history and case details into Salesforce and Toyota’s Guest Experience Platform.
• Route customer cases to the appropriate regional team members.
• Assemble and organize documents for Toyota HQ and the Legal Department.
• Partner with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists.

Qualifications / Must-Have Skills
