• Maintain communication with clients throughout planning.
• Provide updates and assist with routine questions or changes.
• Keep accurate client and reservation records.

Role Overview

We are looking for personable, organized individuals who enjoy working with customers and helping them create memorable vacation experiences. As a Client Vacation Advisor, you will learn about each client's interests, budget, and preferences, research suitable options, and assist with coordinating the arrangements they select.

Client requests may include all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, international destinations, tours, transportation, and activities.

Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training, educational resources, and professional development opportunities are provided.
