Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Dental Sales Manager to join our remote, part-time team. This position will be responsible for driving sales of both StafGo Health’s RCM services and ViralKraft’s digital marketing solutions specifically tailored to dental practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Sell StafGo Health’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, including dental billing, insurance verification, credentialing, PPO negotiations, and denial management.
• Sell ViralKraft’s digital marketing services, such as website development, SEO, Google Ads, and social media management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in dental practices.
• Educate prospective clients on the advantages of outsourcing billing and marketing services, demonstrating how our solutions can reduce overhead, streamline operations, and improve practice profitability.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and demos, with diligent follow-up to close deals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for both RCM and digital marketing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in dental sales, ideally with companies like Patterson, Henry Schein, or similar.
• Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the dental industry and the unique challenges practices face in billing and marketing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
