Luxury Leisure Sales Manager
Remote in the U.S. | Pre-Opening Luxury Resort & Spa
A brand-new, 100-room luxury resort in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced Leisure SalesManager to lead its direct and consortia leisure sales efforts. This is a pivotal role within thecommercial team, focused on driving revenue from luxury travel agencies, wholesalers, anddirect bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive leisure sales performance to meet and exceed property revenue goals.
● Manage relationships with regional cluster sales teams and UK-based representation.
● Lead participation in Marriott STARS/LUMINOUS, Virtuoso, Signature, and other luxurytravel programs.
● Represent the resort at industry trade shows, sales missions, and fam trips.
● Partner closely with marketing, reservations, and events to ensure seamless guestexperiences.
● Oversee promotional campaigns, rate strategy, and revenue opportunities for the leisuresegment.
● Serve as a brand ambassador, actively promoting the resort and destination globally.
● Collaborate with the resort’s sustainability and adventure teams to integrate uniqueofferings into the leisure sales strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
● 5+ years in luxury resort leisure sales; Caribbean experience strongly preferred.
● Proven track record managing luxury consortia, wholesale, and travel advisorrelationships.
● Familiar with Marriott systems (CI/TY, Opera, GXP, SFAWeb) and loyalty programrequirements.
● Exceptional communication, copywriting, and relationship-building skills.
● Comfortable with a highly collaborative, pre-opening environment.
