Job Overview

RectorSeal, a leading manufacturer of chemical specialty sealants and related products for professional tradesmen, is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented sales manager based in the Miami, Florida Metro area. The role involves managing and growing the company's product lines within the LATAM/Caribbean markets, primarily through distributors, contractors, and independent reps. The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and grow the company's product lines in HVAC, Plumbing, and Construction sectors within LATAM/Caribbean markets.
• Develop new business, appoint new distributors, and support existing partners.
• Visit key mechanical contractors and large project sites to generate demand.
• Train distributor sales forces and independent reps.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role promoting HVAC, plumbing, or construction products in LATAM/Caribbean markets.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 60% of the time.
• Reside in the Miami, Florida Metro Area.

Additional Requirements

• Authorized to work and travel in and out of the USA.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering, business degree, or technical trade school background.

Work Environment
