Placements24 is seeking a results‑oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across leisure and hospitality offerings in the Northern Cape, Upington region. This hybrid role involves regular travel for client meetings and site visits, balanced with office planning and strategy development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BD or sales within leisure/hospitality, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or related role in leisure and hospitality.
• Proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of leisure and hospitality market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the leisure and hospitality industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, landscapes, and growth areas.
• Negotiate and close business deals with favorable terms.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.
