Job summary

The role is onsite with some telecommute as needed, reporting to executive leadership and coordinating with agency offices. The position requires strong writing and communication skills, the ability to multitask under tight timelines, and experience with MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment; 2 years if you possess an advanced degree.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience tracking multiple tasks and communicating effectively in writing; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Route, track, and collect information to respond to inquiries.
• Prepare communications and routing for FEMA information requests.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA/DHS policies and procedures.
• Provide training to FEMA staff on information routing processes.
• Facilitate approval for congressional, White House, and media inquiries.
