Job summary

Hagerty Consulting, Inc. is seeking a FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager to support local governments and non-profits with federal funding programs, primarily the FEMA PA program. The role may involve remote work, client-site travel, or longer deployments.

Responsibilities include gathering documentation, ensuring cost eligibility, and contributing to project worksheets. A minimum of two years in a related field and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience in FEMA PA or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, political science, public policy, emergency management or related.
• Experience with financial analysis and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with FEMA PA program documentation and cost eligibility.
• Assist in creating FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs) and related deliverables.
• Coordinate data collection, financial information, and supporting documents.
• Contribute to recovery efforts beyond the FEMA PA program as needed.
