Congressman Eugene Vindman’s Washington, D.C. office seeks a Staff Assistant/Legislative Correspondent for in-person work five days per week. The role emphasizes strong teamwork, organization, and the ability to produce high-quality responses to constituent inquiries in the Member's voice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the constituent mail program, including sorting, categorizing, and tracking incoming letters, emails, and web messages.
• Research and write responses in the Member's voice, based on his positions, voting record, committee work, and district priorities.
• Manage the front office, answer phones, greet visitors, and coordinate tours of DC attractions (the White House, U.S. Capitol, etc.).
• Hire and supervise office's interns.
• Execute administrative tasks throughout the office.
