Office of Delegate LeVere Bolling is seeking a Legislative Aide to support policy and community engagement for Virginia’s 80th House District. The role is full-time during the legislative session with on-site duties in Richmond, VA.

You will manage operations, assist with casework, and help advance legislation and communications for the Delegate and district constituents. The position emphasizes organization, research, and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in management and day-to-day operations of the legislative office.
  • Provide general office support and supervise Session Aides, Fellows, and interns.
  • Coordinate office logistics, staff hiring, and scheduling for the Delegate.
  • Serve as liaison between the member, staff, constituents, and legislators.
  • Assist in constituency casework and respond to inquiries with research-backed solutions.
  • Prepare correspondence and coordinate visits to the Capitol.
  • Draft and distribute press releases and public information.
