Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction through service standards.
• Proven coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and ensuring cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing all Front of House training
• Managing performance, coaching, and discipline of Front of House staff
• Managing liquor orders and liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service
• Developing key staff through feedback and evaluations
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work, scheduling, and task allocation
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
