Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. You will drive sales, supervise service standards, train staff, and handle scheduling while maintaining liquor controls and compliance laws.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams and delivering guest experiences.
• Ability to enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant standards.
• Proven track record in coaching, evaluating, and disciplining staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House daily operations.
• Manage Front of House employees and training.

• Control liquor orders and costs while ensuring Responsible Alcohol Service.
