Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience, operate the register, assist with merchandising, and maintain store standards throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, and ensuring safe, efficient store operations. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write and count is essential.
• Customer-service mindset, basic computer skills, and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs, then recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete plan-o-gram procedures and merchandizing resets.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Perform duties safely and follow company policies.
