Texas Roadhouse in Mattoon, IL is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests.

The role involves driving sales, enforcing employment policies, providing FOH training, coaching staff, managing liquor orders and costs, hiring, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, engaging workplace with strong guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing Front of House staff performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key FOH employees with feedback during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work for employees including scheduling and task assignment
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and incentives
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures
