Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Team Members are expected to be flexible, attended, and ready to perform a wide range of duties, from cashiering to merchandising and safety compliance, with emphasis on serving customers and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register/computer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising duties: complete Plan-o-gram procedures, assemble merchandise, recover merchandise, and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
