Qualifications

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions; add value.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures, merchandise assembly, and price changes.
• Perform janitorial duties and load purchases for customers.
• Ensure birds' safety and well-being in poultry areas.
• Complete all documentation related to duties.
