Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring Team Members to interact with customers and support selling initiatives, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will handle cash, assist with loading purchases, perform stocking tasks, and participate in merchandising plans.

The role requires flexibility for varied hours, weekend work, and strong customer service skills. No experience is required, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail or farming-related knowledge preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts that include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and mandatory freight processing.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising, assemble merchandise, and perform stocking tasks.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate forklift or baler only if age 18+ and trained.
