Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value.
• Operate cash register/computer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan‑o‑gram procedures and merchandise assemblies.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift or baler only if age 18+; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience and safety of birds/poultry.
• Complete all documentation related to duties.
