Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and add value while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the store.

No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus, with a preference for a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read, write, and count

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company.
• Recovery of merchandise and mandatory freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience and bird safety in the poultry area.
