Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, Add value.
• Operate cash register and handle cash according to company procedures.
• Recycle/merchandise recovery; participate in freight process and plan-o-grams.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain safety of birds and poultry and complete documentation.
