Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

This role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, with duties ranging from cash handling and merchandising to stocking and loading purchases. The position emphasizes safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Retail or farming knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure a safe environment for birds and proper poultry care.
