Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will work varied hours, perform duties from stocking to cashier tasks, and ensure a safe, friendly store atmosphere. No experience required; training provided. This role offers opportunities for growth within our store network.

Qualifications

• No experience required; strong preference for retail experience in farming/pet/equine/welding sectors.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following procedures.
• Stock replenishment and merchandising, price changes, and general store upkeep.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
