Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking and merchandising, assisting customers with loading purchases, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. No experience required, high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, pricing changes, and floor upkeep.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
