Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to deliver Legendary Customer Experience in-store. You will greet customers, assist with product needs, operate the cash register, and help with stocking and merchandising tasks across shifts, including weekends.

No prior experience required; training provided to support a smooth, friendly shopping experience for neighbors and teams alike. Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, can read and count accurately, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising tasks and stock recovery.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide legendary service.
• Ensure safety and quality of the customer experience.
