Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized POS register system.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and provide information and direction.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks as required.
• Process returns and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and in-store pickup.
• Keep the work area clean and well stocked.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
