Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

No experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, reading/writing/counting skills are important, and basic computer skills help with daily tasks. The role involves flexible shifts and standards for safety and service.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities: Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge; Reading, writing, and counting; Strong communication and problem-solving; Basic computer skills; Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Greet the customer and uncover needs; Recommend product solutions and add value; Operate cash register and handle transactions; Perform merchandising, loading purchases and basic store duties; Ensure a Legendary customer experience and safety, including poultry care as required.
