Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility with shifts including weekends and overtime as needed to meet business demands.

Experience is not required; a high school diploma is preferred but not required. Candidates should be able to read, write, and count accurately and possess basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer.
• Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants.
• Recommend Product Solutions.
• Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register and handle cash following procedures.
• Restock and merchandise as required.
• Ensure safe handling of birds and poultry.
• Perform needed cleaning and documentation.
