Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives and complete assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexible shifts, strong communication, and a willingness to handle POS operations, merchandising, and basic maintenance tasks.

Experience is not required, but retail exposure and the ability to read and count accurately are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic computer skills for POS and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and computer following company procedures.
• Recover and restock merchandise; participate in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising tasks and price changes/markdowns.
• Assemble merchandise and perform basic janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain poultry care areas and sanitation where applicable.
• Complete required documentation for duties performed.
