Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow Team Members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

The role involves flexible hours, basic duties across cashiering, merchandising, and store maintenance, and requires strong communication and reliability. Training and a friendly, team-oriented environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register with cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures, assemble merchandise, perform janitorial duties, and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and cardboard baler (if aged 18+).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
