Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to help customers and fellow team members while delivering Legendary Customer Experience. You will support selling initiatives and perform tasks across store operations, from greeting customers to processing transactions.

Ideal candidates have no required experience; retail or farming knowledge is a plus. Read, write and count accurately, and be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Must read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs & wants.
• Recommend product solutions and add value to customer purchases.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising, price changes, and basic store duties as assigned.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain a clean, safe store.
