Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to assist customers and fellow teammates while supporting selling initiatives. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, assisting customers with loading purchases, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Ideal candidates have no required experience, with preference for retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge. Reading, writing and basic math abilities are necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible hours.
• Operate cash register and process transactions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, price changes and basic store upkeep.
• Operate forklift and cardboard baler where age permits.
• Complete documentation for duties and adhere to safety guidelines.
