Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is looking for Team Members to assist customers, process transactions, and keep store areas well merchandised. You will engage with neighbors, support selling initiatives, and help create a Legendary Customer Experience.

No experience is required, though retail or farming knowledge is a plus. You will be on the floor with varied shifts, loading purchases, stocking, and maintaining a safe, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight and plan-o-gram procedures.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate equipment as needed.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
