Job summary

Ideal candidates have no required experience; preferred familiarity includes farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge, and welding.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities: farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge; strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures as established by the company.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Complete merchandising tasks including Plan-o-grams, sets and resets, price changes/markdowns.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and poultry per company policy.
