Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience and participate in essential duties across store operations, including cashiering, stocking, merchandising, and safety.

Ideal candidates may have no experience, with high school or equivalent preferred, and should be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with common software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with needs and product recommendations.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following company procedures.
• Stock and merchandise recovery; participate in freight process and merchandising plan–o–grams.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; complete documentation for duties.
