Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience with proficiency in relevant practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute training strategies for practice groups.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to business unit needs.
• Lead training council meetings and coordinate initiatives.
• Assess training needs and develop learning solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Track associate training progress and align development with performance benchmarks.
• Integrate legal technology, including AI tools, into training programs.
• Maintain and update training resources on internal platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify firmwide training opportunities.
