Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience with subject-matter expertise.
- Experience in training or professional development preferred.
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools.
- Ability to collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners and leadership to develop and execute training strategies for practice groups.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to business unit needs.
- Lead training council meetings and coordinate ongoing initiatives.
- Assess training needs and create targeted development programs with internal stakeholders.
- Track associate training progress and align development with performance benchmarks.
- Integrate legal technology, including AI tools, into training curricula.
- Maintain and update training materials on internal learning platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify firmwide training opportunities.
- Conduct regular evaluations of training programs and refine them as needed.
