Job summary

DISCO in Austin, TX is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales team. You will generate new sales qualified leads and set appointments for our field sales force by contacting lawyers, law firms, and corporations.

You are often the first touchpoint, building the pipeline through outbound outreach, account research, and robust qualification to drive revenue and career growth within DISCO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Experience with high-volume outbound sales prospecting is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting activity targets and booked meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop accounts and assigned leads via telephone and email.
• Educate and qualify prospects to create qualified meetings with legal decision makers.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Create a positive impression of DISCO with senior decision makers.
• Overcome objections and achieve meeting quotas.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Executives and participate in ongoing training.
