Job summary

Chamelio is seeking a Legal Engineer to join as a core member of our customer-facing team. This role blends legal operations know-how with a hands-on approach to helping in-house teams adopt and scale Chamelio’s legal intelligence platform.

You will lead onboarding, training, and the translation of customer workflows into practical configurations. You’ll deliver high-quality product demos, gather feedback, and partner with product and sales to shape the product as we grow.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in legal ops or legal tech roles
• Hands-on experience in an in-house legal environment
• Strong commercial contracting familiarity
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
• High technical curiosity and comfort with modern legal tech and AI tools
• Startup mindset: pragmatic, accountable and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for in-house legal teams using Chamelio
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, understanding workflows and goals
• Configure and implement Chamelio to fit real-world legal and legal ops processes
• Support customers through adoption, change management, and scaling
• Deliver high-quality product demos to prospects and existing customers
• Collect, structure, and communicate customer feedback to inform product direction
• Collaborate with product on testing and refining new features
• Contribute domain expertise to how legal knowledge is structured
• Stay current on developments in legal tech, legal operations, and applied AI
